Chicken Fingers Recipe
Chicken fingers don't have to be unhealthy. This chicken finger recipe is quick, easy and makes the perfect
gluten free
,
low carbohydrate
meal.
Ingredients
1 egg
1 chicken breast
2 cups
pork rinds
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp black pepper
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Servings: 1 serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Cut the chicken breast into long strips.
Put pork rinds to a blender or food processor until they reach the consistency of bread crumbs.
Mix the pork rind bread crumbs with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, oregano and black pepper. Place the mixture in an even layer on a plate.
Whisk the egg in a bowl.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and then roll in the bread crumb mixture.
Evenly space the chicken fingers on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
